This policy explains what personal information NaxReady collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run the service.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). Study activity: the exams you take, answers you submit, scores, and time spent — used to power your progress tracking. Payment information: billing is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details. We only receive a payment confirmation and PayPal order ID.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide access to the platform, personalize your study experience, deliver progress analytics, process payments and subscriptions, send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, receipt), and improve our questions and features.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us run NaxReady: our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, and PayPal for payment processing. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (such as billing records).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

NaxReady is intended for users 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to this policy by email or in-app notice.
