Welcome to NaxReady. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use NaxReady. You may not share your account with anyone else.
2. Use of the service
NaxReady provides study materials, practice questions, and mock exams to help nursing students prepare for the HESI A2 and TEAS 7 exams. Our content is for personal study only. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or reproduce our questions, rationales, or interface, in whole or in part.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Practice and Complete) are billed monthly through PayPal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not shorten the current period.
4. Free trial
The free trial gives you access to five practice questions, one time, per account. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is not permitted.
5. Content accuracy
We work hard to ensure our questions and rationales are accurate and reflect current exam formats, but NaxReady is a study aid, not a guarantee of a passing score. Always consult official HESI and ATI TEAS resources for the most authoritative test information.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software on NaxReady is owned by NaxReady or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "HESI" and "TEAS" are trademarks of their respective owners; NaxReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including cheating, sharing accounts, or abusing the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaxReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
