Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NaxReady, an online nursing entrance exam preparation platform operated by Naxready Solutions ("Naxready Solutions", "we", "us"), trading as "NaxReady". By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and you are contracting with Naxready Solutions.

1. The service

NaxReady provides independent, original exam-style study materials, practice question banks, timed mock exams, answer rationales, progress analytics, readiness predictions, and personalized study plans. NaxReady does not provide or administer any actual examination. Access depends on the plan you purchase.

2. Your account and authority

You must be at least 16 years old (or have your guardian's consent) to use NaxReady, and if you are signing up on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own personal study, within the plan you have selected. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise reproduce our questions, rationales, software, or interface, and you may not circumvent technical or plan limits.

4. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; commit fraud, spam, or payment abuse; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware or harmful code; probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems; scrape or bulk-extract content; or create multiple accounts to extend free access.

5. Intellectual property

Naxready Solutions (or its licensors) retains ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including software, original practice questions, rationales, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. HESI® is a registered trademark of Elsevier Inc.; ATI TEAS® is a registered trademark of Assessment Technologies Institute, L.L.C.; and NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. NaxReady is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these trademark owners.

6. Content accuracy and study aid disclaimer

All NaxReady questions, diagnostics, and mock exams are original exam-style practice and are not actual HESI, ATI TEAS, NCLEX-RN, or NCLEX-PN exam questions. We work hard to keep our materials accurate and aligned with publicly available exam frameworks, but NaxReady is a study aid and does not guarantee a passing score. Readiness predictions and study plans are statistical estimates generated from your practice results, not professional, academic, or medical advice. Always consult the applicable exam owner’s official resources for authoritative information.

7. Service level

We aim to keep NaxReady available and reliable, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Payment and subscription terms

Plans are sold as fixed-duration access (for example 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months) or as subscriptions, at the prices shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk (including chargeback abuse), or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. On termination, your access ends; you may request an export of your study data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Notice.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Naxready Solutions against claims, losses, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Naxready Solutions is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve issues informally first — contact us before escalating.

14. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
