Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NaxReady plans from Naxready Solutions. We want you to feel confident buying from us, so every paid plan comes with a money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, including simply changing your mind. This applies to all NaxReady plans (HESI, TEAS, and bundle) across all durations.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and use your order number or purchase email, or email our team at support@naxreadyprep.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request" and we will arrange it for you.

3. Free diagnostics

The free diagnostic exams are free of charge, so no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

4. Subscription renewals and cancellation

If your plan renews, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access for the period you have already paid for. Cancellation and billing mechanics are handled by Paddle and are described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice by mistake, or bought a new plan while an existing one was still active, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full, outside the 30-day window if necessary.

6. Service interruptions

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid period, we will issue a pro-rated refund or an equivalent free-period credit — your choice.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed. Access to paid content ends when a refund is issued.
