Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to NaxReady. If the platform isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan (Practice or Complete), you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you haven't used more than 50 practice questions and haven't started a full-length mock exam. Email support@naxready.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request".

2. Free trial

The free trial is free — no refund is needed or possible.

3. Monthly renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel your plan before the current period ends. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access until the paid period expires.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice by mistake, or created a new subscription while an old one was still active, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full. Contact us within 30 days.

5. Failed access

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, we'll issue a pro-rated refund or free-period credit — your choice.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before disputing a charge with PayPal or your bank — we can usually resolve concerns faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
